Non Sparking sledge hammer is a heavy-duty hammer used for demolition jobs where high force is required. It has a large, flat metal head attached to a long wooden handle. The length of the handle allows the tool to gain momentum while swinging, and the heavy metal head results in amplified force compared to a usual hammer. It's important to exercise extra care and safety measures when using hammers in flammable environments. The swinging motion can cause unintentional damage to nearby equipment.
Non Sparking Sledge Hammers are available in QTi Copper Titanium Alloy, BronAL Aluminium Bronze and ACTOOL for Acetylene Environments. Brass Hammers and Copper Hammers also available for light duty applications. Copper Titanium Sledge Hammer are also completely Non-Magnetic and can be used under influence of heavy magnetic fields.

DOs & DONTs
Non Sparking Sledges Hammers are designed for general sledging operations in striking wood, metal, concrete or stone.
When striking a struck tool (chisel or punch), the striking face of the hammer should have a diameter at least ~10 mm larger than the struck face of the tool.
NEVER use a Spark Proof hammer with a loose or broken handle
NEVER use a Anti Spark hammer with a chipped or cracked head
Strike squarely and avoid glancing blows that may cause the edge of the face to chip, possibly resulting in eye or other serious injury.
NEVER strike with or against the side, or cheek, of any hammer.
NEVER strike one hammer with or against another hammer or a hatchet.
NEVER strike nail pullers, steel chisels or other hardened objects with a claw hammer as the face may chip, possibly resulting in eye or other serious injury.
